Justin O’Connor has led collaborative hydrogen and CCUS projects across Australia, Asia, and Europe. At the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment, and Water, Justin is responsible for international and investment initiatives under the $3 billion NSW Hydrogen Strategy. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, where he completed an award-winning econometric analysis of the Australian hydrogen industry. Justin is committed to advancing partnerships for shared net zero and economic outcomes.
