Jean-Louis Neves Mandelli is a Partner in the Project Development & Finance practice based in Singapore. His practice covers all aspects of international project development and financing across the power (including conventional and renewable), infrastructure and oil & gas sectors. He has extensive experience doing business across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and South America.
Jean-Louis regularly advises on first-in-country and first-in-kind transactions, representing both leading sponsors and lenders (including multilaterals, development finance institutions (DFIs) and export credit agencies (ECAs) on these. He is also part of the firm’s Global Hydrogen Industry Legal Team, and is fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese and French.
