Mr. Bolsman is a Chemical Engineer by trade, with over 30 years’ experience in the Energy and Industry sectors, of which 25 in certification. Having worked in various countries in Europe, in China and Australia, Mr. Bolsman has been involved in international developments in these sectors since for more than 20 years. Currently, Mr. Bolsman is supporting the Dutch Ministries of Climate policy and Green Growth, of Economic Affairs, of Infrastructure and Water management, and of Foreign Affairs, in development of policy to help create the hydrogen economy. He is involved, amongst others, in development of a Government Vision on Hydrogen Carriers, in development of instruments to support upscaling of electrolysis capability in the Netherlands, in creating a demand for hydrogen in the Dutch industry, and in international certification of hydrogen.
