Jean-Louis Neves Mandelli is a Partner in the Project Development & Finance practice based in Singapore. His practice covers all aspects of international project development and financing across the power (including conventional and renewable), infrastructure and oil & gas sectors. He has extensive experience doing business across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and South America.
Jean-Louis regularly advises on first-in-country and first-in-kind transactions, representing both leading sponsors and lenders (including multilaterals, development finance institutions (DFIs) and export credit agencies (ECAs) on these. He is also part of the firm’s Global Hydrogen Industry Legal Team, and is fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese and French.
Based in Norway, Frank has served the Hexagon Group of companies for over 15 years. He is currently leading the expansion of Hexagon Purus, the company’s zero emission mobility business, to Asia as a Senior Vice President. Prior positions in Hexagon included responsibilities as Vice President for the Mobile Pipeline ™ business in the U.S. and Global Sales Director for Hexagon’s high pressure cylinder division. Prior to his career in Hexagon, Frank held sales & marketing roles in leading international metal forming machinery companies based out of Germany
Dr. PENG Xiaoyang received his B.Eng degree in Electrical Engineering from Wuhan University, China in 2010, his M.Sc. degree in Power Engineering and his Ph.D in microgrid from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore in 2011 and 2016 respectively. He started his career with ENGIE Lab Singapore in 2016, working as a research engineer. He is currently a program manager in ENGIE Lab Singapore, the APAC R&D branch of ENGIE group, and managing all the topics relating to smart grid technologies, renewable energy integration and decarbonization solutions. He has been working on the frontline of green technologies within ENGIE, which itself is one of the world’s pioneer in carbon neutrality. He is managing the flagship project of the APAC R&D centre, Project SPORE under the ambitious REIDS initiative in collaboration with NTU, other industrial partners and government authorities.
