The Hydrogen Society of Australia (HSA) is a not for profit membership body dedicated to promoting the significance of hydrogen as a clean fuel and energy storage solution and increasing the visibility and use of hydrogen. It was launched in January 2018 by Innovate Australia, Woodside and Siemens representatives.
The HSA strives to achieve its goals through a portfolio of activities that include compiling and disseminating hydrogen industry information, supporting and developing projects, educational content and research materials, and organising a range of hydrogen-related events. The HSA also aims to foster the advancement of the hydrogen economy by creating a vibrant community both nationally and internationally, engaging all levels of government, scientists, academics, the business community and the general public by developing effective strategic policies and initiatives to influence the political process positively.
